Add a General Memo
Here you can add a general memo to the customer’s account. Add the time and date of the interaction and what took place. You can add a custom reference for each memo as a quick reminder of what it was regarding (e.g. Customer happy with X employee).
This memo will then be saved to the customer’s profile, available to view at anytime.
Add an Attachment
If you wish to include an attachment, tap the Paper Clip Icon at the bottom of the screen.
You can take a photo by tapping on the Camera Icon, or alternatively, you can upload an image already saved to the device by tapping the Image Album Icon.
Add a Second Attachment
If you wish to add multiple attachments, tap the Blue Plus Icon.
Delete an attachment
To delete an attachment, select the attachment you wish to remove and tap on the Bin Icon
