This function allows you to keep a record of all communication between you and your suppliers. This record will be stored as a memo on the supplier’s profile, available to be viewed at any time.
Here you can add the method of communication, what it was about and when the interaction took place.
Add a Memo
1 Begin by selecting, from the left-hand side, for which supplier you wish to create a memo.
2 Tap on ‘Memos’, located on the bottom right-hand side of the screen.
3 Tap on ‘New Memo’.
