Add a Post Memo
Here you can add a memo to the customer’s account, showing if any post was sent to or from a customer, the time and date it was sent and the content of that letter or package.
You can add a custom reference for each memo as a quick reminder of what it was regarding (e.g. Customer complained that package is now four days late).
Add an Attachment
If you wish to include an attachment, tap the Paper Clip Icon at the bottom of the screen.
You can take a photo by tapping the Camera Icon, or you can attach a file already saved on the device by tapping the Image Album Icon.
Add a Second Attachment
If you wish to add multiple attachments, tap on the blue plus icon.
Delete an attachment
To delete an attachment, tap on the bin icon.
