Add an Email Memo
Here you can add a memo to the customer’s account, showing if an email was sent to or from a customer, the time and date of the interaction and the content of that email.
You can add a custom reference for each memo as a quick reminder of what it was regarding (e.g. Customer happy with X employee).
Add an Attachment
If you wish to include an attachment, tap the Paper Clip Icon at the bottom of the screen.
You can take a photo by tapping the Camera Icon, or alternatively, you can attach a file already saved on the device by tapping the Image Album Icon.
Add a Second Attachment
If you wish to add multiple attachments, tap the Blue Plus Icon.
Delete an attachment
To delete an attachment, tap on the Bin Icon.
