This section allows you to add the availability of a package. By default this information will only appear in inventory, however, you can choose to have it also appear at point of sale.
Tap to enter, with the numeric keypad, how much of this product is available per day (e.g. 100 Cheeseburgers). The number you sell will be deducted from the initial daily number in real time. By default this information is accessible from inventory and point of sale, however, a manager can remove this if required.
Tap to enter, with the numeric keypad, how much of this package you wish sell per day (e.g. 80 Cheeseburger Meals). This is the company’s daily target but can be used as a guide for your staff, showing them what they need to achieve. This target will be shown, by default, at point of sale, but can be hidden in settings if required.
Use these fields to input the minimum and maximum order quantity for this package (e.g. Two drinks minimum). The system will not allow purchases under the minimum or over the maximum.
Tap to add in how long this package will take to prepare (e.g. 25 minutes for cheeseburger meal). This information can be sent directly to the kitchen via receipt, letting the chef know how long they have to prepare a meal. This information can also be accessed, at point of sale, by your staff, enabling them to let the customer know how long the wait will be.
Tap to select the availability of this package throughout the week (e.g. 9-5 Mon-Fri, 10-3 Sat, Unavailable on Sun). This information can be accessed via point of sale.
After tapping the availability field highlighted in the photo above, a new window will open, enabling you to choose the availability.
Tap the blue plus icon to set the availability times of this package.
You can select multiple times of availability throughout the day.
You may also make a package completely unavailable for a specific day(s) by tapping on the calender icon with the name of the day written on it (e.g. MON).
Doing this will remove the blue plus icon and deactivate availability for that day.
To undo this, re-tap the calender icon.
This section allows you to select where and how the package is available (e.g. In Store, Collection, Delivery, etc...). This information can be accessed via point of sale.
