Use this section to create an email memo regarding this purchase order. Add the performed time and date (referring to when the email was sent/received), whether the email was sent to or from a supplier and the subject matter. You can add a custom reference for each memo as a quick reminder of what it was regarding (e.g. Purchase order arrived early).

This memo will then be saved to the purchase order and to the supplier’s profile who provided the item(s), available to view at anytime.
Add an Attachment
If you wish to include an attachment, tap the Paper Clip Icon at the bottom of the screen.
You can take a photo by tapping on the Camera Icon, or alternatively, you can upload an image already saved to the device by tapping the Image Album Icon.
Add a Second Attachment
If you wish to add multiple attachments, tap the Blue Plus Icon.
Delete an attachment
To delete an attachment, select the attachment you wish to remove and tap on the Red Bin Icon
