Add an Email Memo
Here you can add a memo to the staff member’s account, showing if an email was sent to or from a supplier, the time and date of the interaction and the content of that email.
You can add a custom reference for each memo as a quick reminder of what it was regarding (e.g. Delivery going to be late).
Add an Attachment
If you wish to include an attachment, tap the Paper Clip Icon at the bottom of the screen.
You can take a photo by tapping the Camera Icon, or alternatively, you can attach a file already saved on the device by tapping the Image Album Icon.
Add a Second Attachment
If you wish to add multiple attachments, tap the Blue Plus Icon.
Delete an attachment
To delete an attachment, tap on the Bin Icon.
