This page allows you to input the details of your offer.
Use this field to input a name for your offer (e.g. Xmas Toys Promotion).
Select whether or not this offer is active. If ‘No’ is selected, the offer will not appear, and therefore cannot be selected, in the POS module.
Choose whether or not this offer automatically applies when its criteria is met in the POS module (e.g. If a ‘2 for 1’ offer on shoes is active and set to auto apply, it will be triggered as soon as two pairs of shoes are added to the invoice).
Select which kind of offer this is to be (e.g. Discount, X for Y, Loyalty Multiplier, etc.).
Use this field to add a short description of the offer.
You may input the percentage or value, and of what it is being deducted from (e.g. 15% off the Total Value, Selected Items or Shipping).
Select the number of items a customer would get free, followed by the list of items from which the customer can choose from (e.g. Get 2 free Cheeseburger, Hamburger and Veggie Burger).
When the offer is auto-applied or selected, customers will be receive these items free of charge.
X for Y
Input the formula followed by selecting the items which this offer applies to (e.g. 2 for 1 on Cheeseburgers, Hamburgers and Veggie Burgers).
If different items are selected for this type of offer (e.g. 3 for 2), the system will automatically give the item with the lowest value for free.
This offer type allows you set a combination of offers as one (e.g. Get an item or a number of items for an amount, at a discounted rate, or when those items are purchased other items will be free or discounted).
Input the amount by which loyalty points are multiplied when purchases are made.
Loyalty Item Earner
Add inventory items to the offer and select the amount of loyalty points your customers will receive for buying that specific item or items (e.g. 25 Loyalty Points for purchasing the Faux Leather Boots).
Loyalty Non-Item Earner
Select from the list a way in which the customer can earn, or is given loyalty points (e.g. Customers will receive 10 free loyalty points on their birthday).
Select a punch card plan, which must be created beforehand, followed by inputting the amount by which loyalty punches are multiplied when items connected to that plan are purchased.
Punch Item Earner
Begin by selecting one of your punch card plans. You can now add an item to the offer and select the amount of punches your customers will receive for buying the specific item(s) connected to that punch plan (e.g. Customers will get 5 punches instead of just 1 when buying these boots).
Punch Non-Item Earner
Choose a punch plan followed by selecting from the list, a way in which the customer can earn, or is given punches on that punch plan (e.g. Customers will receive 1 free punch on their birthday).
