Add Other Memo
Here you can add a memo to the staff member’s account. This is here in case the other sections didn’t cover the method of communication shared between you and your staff (e.g. Fax).
You can add a custom reference for each memo as a quick reminder of what it was regarding (e.g. Doctor faxed over information).
Add an Attachment
If you wish to include an attachment, tap the Paper Clip Icon at the bottom of the screen.
You can take a photo by tapping on the camera icon, or alternatively, attach a file already saved on the device by tapping the Image Album Icon.
Add a Second Attachment
If you wish to add multiple attachments, tap on the Blue Plus Icon.
Delete an attachment
To delete an attachment, tap on the Bin Icon.
