This section allows you to add documents regarding your employees. These can include official ID’s such as a passport or driving license. You may also use this page for other documents such as a CV’s or cover letters. These documents can be viewed in the Staff List page by a person with sufficient access (e.g. A manager).
Tap ‘Add Document’.
A pop-up window will appear containing fields which will allow you to input details for this document.
Add a Photo
You can add a photo of the customer by tapping on the ‘Photo’ field.
Select the camera icon to take a photo of a document, or alternatively, upload an image already saved on the device by tapping the image album icon.
Type and Number
Use these fields to detail the type of document (e.g. Passport) and its corresponding number (e.g. 12345678).
Issue and Expiry Date
Enter the issue and expiry dates for this document.
The note field is to add any other relevant information regarding this document.
Delete or Edit Documents
Find the the document you wish to edit or delete and, using your thumb or finger, swipe to the left. This will reveal two icons.
Tap the orange pencil icon to edit document details, or to delete, tap the red bin icon.
