This page is to outline employment information, roles and duties, as well as holiday entitlement, contract details and benefit packages. This information will be displayed in the staff list page and can be used as a search parameter to find specific employees.
Tap the field and enter the employee’s official job title.
Start Date and End Date
Tap the fields and enter the official starting and end date for the role. An email, set at a default time of one month prior, will be sent to the manager notifying them of the employee’s upcoming end date. If there is no discernible end date, you may leave that field blank.
Employment Status and Supervisor
Tap the employment status field and select a status from the preset list (e.g. Full-time, part-time, etc...). If applicable, tap the supervisor field and type in the name of this employee’s supervisor / manager.
Tap the field and, using the numeric keypad, enter the number of hours this employee is entitled to per annum.
Employees may have additional responsibilities in conjunction with their main job. Tap ‘Add Staff Role’.
A pop-up window will appear enabling you to input the details of this additional role, including the department, salary, break rate and overtime pay.

Contract Length, Work Location and Benefit Packages
Tap the field to fill out the agreed length of employment, the work location and any benefits the employee would receive during time of employment.
