This page allows you to add further information about staff members. These options will be displayed in the staff list page, and, depending on what is selected, will have an affect on other modules.
Select which options apply to this employee.
Courier: Will allow staff to be assigned to delivery invoices.
First Aider: Staff with first aid training will be shown in the Reports module, and can be filtered for by in the Staff List.
Fire Marshal: Staff selected as fire marshals will be shown in the Reports module, and can be filtered for by in the Staff List.
Flexible on Hours: If a staff member is flexible regarding the hours they work it will be shown when tapping on their staff icon in Timesheet.
Left Handed: Selecting this option will rearrange the POS module, switching the payment buttons with the list of items in order to be more convenient for left handed users.
Tap the field and choose which categories this employee is excluded from. This will remove these categories from this staff member’s POS module.
Use this field to add any other relevant information regarding this employee.
Set the frequency by which this employee should be reviewed or assessed (e.g. Every 90 days).
