This page outlines the beginning of adding advanced information for new staff members. Once added, they will automatically appear throughout the staff module, including the staff list, timesheet and message pages.

Add an Image
You can add a photo of the staff member by tapping on the ‘Image’ button.
Select the camera icon to take a photo, or alternatively, upload an image already saved on the device by tapping the image album icon.
Use this field to assign a number or code to this employee. This can be used as a search parameter by which to find staff in the staff list page.
Tap either ‘Yes’ or ‘No’.
Selecting ‘No’ will make an INACTIVE tag appear on the staff member’s profile. It will also result in this person no longer having access to the system.
Date of Birth
Tap the field and, using the pop-up window, enter the employee’s DOB. This information will appear in the staff list page.
Tap the field and select a title for this staff member.
First Name, Middle Name, Surname and Nickname
Use these fields to enter employee names.
Tap the field and set the gender for this employee.
