This page enables you to alter the settings for this punch card plan.
Maximum Punch Can Be Earned
Set a limit to the amount of punches a customer can have at any one time. Once this number is reached, they will no longer be awarded punches when making purchases.
Customers can start earning punches again once some of their punches have been spent.
Modifiers Redeemed for Free
Select whether or not customers receive modifiers on redeemed items without charge. If you would like modifiers to incur a charge on redeemed items select ‘No’.
Award Punch When Paying Via
Select by which means of payment customers can earn punches. If a payment method is not selected, customers will not be awarded punches when using that payment method.
Allow Punch Adjustment
Selecting ‘Yes’ will allow staff members, who are granted sufficient access, to adjust customer punch amounts in the Customers module.
Selecting ‘No’ will hide this option in the Customers module.

Punch Can Be Added After Order
Select whether or not punches can be added after the transaction has been completed.
Deduct Punch on Refund
Select whether or not punches are deducted after a refund has been given.
Minimum Order Value
Set the smallest monetary amount in which the customers can receive punches (e.g. £5.00). If a customer spends less than this amount, they will not receive any punches.
These options allow you to set an expiration on earned punches.
Set the time in which the punch card expires after a period of customer inactivity (e.g. 1 Year) and become unusable.
Expire After Inactivity
Set the time in which punch cards from this plan expire after a period of inactivity (i.e. If the person hasn’t used the punches from the card at all in 1 year, it expires. This is different from the Expire After field, which causes the card to expire regardless of activity).
