Gift Card Settings
This page enables you to set various options related to your gift card plan.
Customer Name is Compulsory
Select whether a name must be connected with the gift card. This can be done by typing in a name when issuing a gift card, or by assigning the gift card directly to one of your registered customers.
Registered Customer Only
Choose whether or not this gift card plan can only be sold to registered customers (customers which have been added to the Customers module).
Customer Email is Compulsory
Select whether or not the customer must provide their email address when purchasing this gift card plan.
Customer Mobile is Compulsory
Choose whether or not the customer must provide their mobile phone number when purchasing this gift card plan.
Select whether or not gift cards from this plan can have more money added to the initial balance, instead of a fixed, unchangeable amount.
Select whether gift cards from this plan are able to transfer the balance to other cards (ASK REZA ABOUT REFUND HERE?)
Choose the various expiration settings for this gift card plan.
Set the time in which gift cards from this plan expire and become unusable (e.g. 2 Years).
Expire After Inactivity
Set the time in which gift cards from this plan expire after a period of inactivity (i.e. If the person hasn’t used the card at all in 1 year, it expires. This is different from the Expire After field, which causes the card to expire regardless of activity).
Expiry WarningSetting either of the above options will reveal this field. Here you can set a warning which will be sent to the customer a period of time in advance that their loyalty points are due to expire.
Gift Card Type
Select the type of gift card this plan produces, with several pre-printed or electronic options available.
