The customer module allows for a comprehensive customer management system, enabling you to input large amounts of data, view account activity, create memos and more!
Get to the page below via Home Page > Customers
There are two printer icons in the customer home page.
The icon on the left will print the current list of customers, whereas the icon on the right will print the specific information of a selected customer.
Home Page > Settings > Customers > Print Templates
Tapping the timeline icon will cause a pop-up window to appear, detailing the changes made to the selected customer’s profile.
Set search parameters in conjunction with using the search bar to quickly find specific customers.
Refine your search by filtering customer information. Tap the icons to change which information appears (e.g. Name, ID, active status, etc...).
Tap the sort icon to sort customers by various criterion, in ascending or descending order.
Tapping this button will allow you to view all the gift cards connected to this customer. You may edit the text on a gift card or cancel existing cards.

Memos allow you to keep a record of all communication shared between you and your customers. They will be stored on the customer’s individual profile, available to be viewed at any time.

This button allows you to see the selected customers current, past and ongoing orders.
Tapping this button will cause a pop-up window to appear, showing all activity of the selected customer, including purchases, credit, balance and more. You may print this information within the window by tapping the printer icon.
This button allows you to contact the selected customer via email or SMS. For a more in-depth guide, see here.
