One-Off Payment

Invoice & Payment

This feature allows you to make payments to your supplier(s), in full or instalments, for purchased items. You may set payment amounts and input all invoice information received from the supplier.

After selecting a purchase order, tap on the Payment button, highlighted below.

A pop-up window will appear, showing payment options for the selected purchase.

One-Off Payment

Select this option to pay the supplier a one-time payment. This option would typically be used to either pay the entire invoice, or as a deposit.

Invoice Details

The data fields allow you to input an Invoice Number, Invoice Date, Payment Due Date, and a Note for any relevant information.

You may also tap on the Image field, with options to launch the camera to take a picture, or to upload an image already saved to the device.

Payment Details

The data fields in this section allow you to input an amount, date, the account from which the payment was made (Pay from), and a Reference.

The box next to these fields displays the total, paid, and outstanding amount of the purchase.

Part Payments

Select this option to pay the supplier in successive instalments.

Part Payments

The box highlighted below displays all payments, in sequential order, denoting the amount and date in which it must be paid.

Delete Payments

You may delete a payment by tapping on the Red Bin Icon.

Add Payments

Add payments to the box bu tapping the Blue Plus Icon.

Invoice Only

Select this option when you only wish to register the invoice for the purchase order.

After payment has been made, the highlighted areas below will be updated from a red cross to a green check mark, indicating payment.
