Issue Gift Cards
A gift card (also known as a gift certificate, gift voucher or gift token) is a prepaid stored-value money card, typically issued by a retailer, to be used as an alternative to cash for purchases within a particular store or related businesses.
This page explains how to issue gift cards to your customers. Begin by tapping the issue icon.
A window will appear displaying all gift card plans that have been created.
Choose the one you wish to issue by tapping ‘PAY’
Gift Card Info
This page allows you to enter information regarding the gift card being issued.
Enter the monetary value the gift card is to contain (e.g. £25). This value can then be redeemed at your store in exchange for an item(s) of equivalent value.
Connect a Customer
Tap the ‘customer icon’ to connect this gift card to a registered customer’s account.
You may manually type in a name by tapping here. This option is reserved for customers who aren’t, and do not want to be, connected to the customers module.
These fields allow you to input the customer’s contact information. If you select a customer from your customer list, their information will automatically be imported into these fields.
The gift card will be sent via email and SMS to the customer in the form of an image file.
This page enables you to add some personalisation to the gift card.

Use these fields to enter the sender and recipient of the gift card.
Allow the customer to add a personalised message to the gift card.
Use this field to add any further, relevant information to the gift card.
After entering details for the gift card, tap the check mark, causing a small window to pop-up detailing the cost of the card (which will be the amount entered in the gift card value field).
Tap ‘PAY’. The customer can then purchase the gift card, able to pay in a number of different ways, including card, cheque, and cash.
