A sales order may be for products and/or services, and are issued by a business to their customer(s).
This module allows you to view all orders made from the POS.
Tap the view icon to change how the orders are displayed.
The panel view mode allows you to see a collated view of the orders.
The button on the left is used to print or send the list of orders, whereas the button on the right is used to print the details of a specific order.
This will cause a window to open, displaying the template in which it would be sent or printed.
Tap the print icon to print the invoice, or if you are signed in to your device’s Mail app, you may tap the send icon to email the order, or order list.

Tapping the timeline icon will cause a pop-up window to appear, detailing all activity regarding the selected order, including the time and date, registree and action.
Search parameters can be set to locate specific orders (e.g. Show: Last Seven Days).
Tap the filter icons and select which information is readily shown in the order list.
Tap the sort icon to sort the orders in varying ways (e.g. Ascending or Descending).
Select the order you wish to void followed by tapping the Void button.
Tap on the switch icon to switch the order between staff.
Select an order you wish to return, followed by tapping the refund icon.
