Tap ‘Note’ to add a note on the package. This information can be seen in the inventory under item information.
Staff Message at Checkout
Tap to add a message about this product that staff will see at point of sale.
Tap to add a collection note (e.g. Collect Item from Till P).
Tap to select alternative items, similar to this one. This may be useful in cases where stock has run out and you need to suggest an alternative to a customer.
Related Items (Upsell/Cross-Sell)
Tap to select which items you want your employees to upsell or cross-sell to customers, in addition to this package.
Tap ‘Yes’ or ‘No’ to select if this package is catagorised as a favourite and popular item.
Selecting ‘Yes’ will make a yellow star icon appear on the package in inventory.
It will also add this package to the favourites category in the point of sale.
Can be Rated
Tap ‘Yes’ to allow the package to be reviewed in the product catalogue.
Tap ‘No’ to remove package review from the product catalogue.
This allows you to select if a package is seasonal (e.g. Summer Box Package).

Basket groups are used to separate and group items, within the basket, in the POS module (e.g. Starters, Main Courses, Desserts). Here you may select the group, that you must create beforehand in settings, which this item should be shown under in POS.
