Prioritising Price Lists

Prioritising Price Lists

The order in which the price lists appear signifies the priority in which the system recognises them. This means that whatever price list is on top will be the one that is applied to the items. If for some reason the top one cannot be applied (unavailability, for example), the system will check the next one, and continue doing so until it matches an appropriate price list.

Tip
If an item has not been designated an updated price within the price list, the system will use its inventory price.
