This feature allows you to log any and all refunds of a purchase order. The Refund button will only be actionable if payment to the supplier has been made.
After actioning a refund, you may select to which account the money will be refunded (e.g. Main Till). All payments and refunds will be logged, enabling you to view them at any time.
After tapping the Refund button, a pop-up window will appear, enabling you to enter the details of the refund.
The invoice number will be shown here in the highlighted area. Invoice numbers are automatically generated, however, you may input a custom number or code when invoicing a purchase.
This section allows you to log the time and date in which the refund occurred.
Use these fields to set the refund amount and to which till the money will be credited.
Add, edit and delete tills via Settings > Accounting > Tills
Use this field to input a reference or note regarding the refund.
The field highlighted will show basic information regarding the history of the purchase, if there is any.
