Main Rules
Main Rules
Using this page you can set various rules and stipulations concerning the loyalty program.

Earning Rules
Set the earning rules for expenditure and points gained (e.g. For spending £5.00, one would receive 10 points).

Earning Point Rounding
Select whether the system rounds up, down, or nearest when a purchase is made and points are given.
Round Up: If the customer spends £0.30, the system will round up to the nearest whole number and award them 1 point.
Round Down: If the customer spends £0.70, the system will round down to the nearest whole number and award them zero points.
Round Nearest: The system will round to the nearest whole number (e.g. Spending £0.49 and under would result in zero points being awarded, whereas spending £0.50 and over would result in 1 point being awarded).

Minimum Order Value
Set the smallest monetary amount in which the customers can receive points (e.g. £5.00). If a customer spends less than this amount, they will not receive any points.

Spending Rule
Set the spending rules in terms of points to monetary value (e.g. 100 points is equivalent to £1.00).
Customers can use these points, instead of cash, to make purchases, and are able to pay some or all of the invoice, assuming they have amassed enough loyalty points.

Minimum Points Required for Redemption
Set the amount of points a customer must accumulate before being able to spend any.
If you wish to allow your customers to start spending their earned points right away, set it as 0.

Minimum Redeemable Points
Set the smallest number of points a customer can redeem per transaction (e.g. If it’s set at 100 points, the customer cannot redeem any amount less than that).

Minimum Redeemable Amount
Set the smallest monetary value a customer can redeem per transaction (e.g. If it’s set at £10.00, the customer cannot redeem any amount less than that).
