Social media refers to computer-mediated tools that allow people, companies and other organisations to create, share, or exchange information, career interests, ideas and pictures/videos in virtual communities and networks.
This section allows you to input a customer’s social media account(s).
This information can then be found on the customer’s profile in the main Customer Page.
Use your finger to scroll down the page to reveal the information.
Add a Customer’s Account
Type in the URL of the customer’s social media account next to it’s corresponding icon (e.g. https://www.facebook.com/JohnSmith next to the Facebook icon).
Add Further Social Media
If a social media platform that you wish to add isn’t there, tap ‘New Social Media Account’ button at the top of the window.
This will create a space below where you can add the social media platform along with the customer’s username.
To delete, tap the red bin icon.
