This page displays all information concerning your employees. You may search, view and edit staff member profiles. Only a person with sufficient access (e.g. A manager) will be able to view this page.
Get to the page below via Home Page > Staff > Staff List
Tap this button to begin the process of adding a new employee. For a comprehensive guide on adding staff members, see here.
Print Staff Information
Tap the print button on the left hand-side to print out the list of employees displayed on the screen.
Tap the print button on the right hand-side to print out a staff member’s specific information.
Tapping the timeline icon will show the timeline of a selected employee, displaying any and all changed made to their staff profile (e.g. A change in address change, new photo, updated documents, etc...).
Search for an Employee
Use these fields to refine the search for a staff member. Staff will be filtered based on what is selected / typed.

Tap the sort by icon to sort the list of staff by certain parameters and also choose whether the list be in ascending or descending order.
Edit or Delete Staff
Tap a staff member, then swipe left with your finger or thumb, revealing two options.
Tap the orange pencil icon to edit a staff member’s information.
Tap the red bin icon to delete a staff member from the system.
If a staff member was deleted by mistake, their profile can be recovered. Tap the Show field and select ‘Deleted’.
A list of deleted employee profiles will appear. Tap the customer you wish to restore, then swipe left with your finger or thumb, revealing two options. Tap the button on the left to restore this staff member’s profile. If you wish to permanently delete a staff profile, tap the button on the right.
All activity regarding each staff member is logged. To see this, tap Account Activity.
Using this page you can easily view and print the selected staff member’s account activity.
Tap the eye icon to view a specific piece of activity.
Tap the print preview icon to print the list of account activity, or to send it via email.
Clock In / Out
This feature allows you to view the clock-in and out times for specific employees.

This window will show all information pertaining to the clocking-in and out for this staff member.
Tap on ‘Memos’, located on the bottom right-hand side of the screen.
Tap on ‘New Memo’ to create a memo, or View Memos and Communications to view the memos regarding this staff member.
On the bottom right-hand side, tap ‘Contact’.
You will now be presented with two methods of contacting your staff member. Select either an Email or SMS to be sent directly to your employee or colleague.
