Stockroom Orders Overview (List View)
This module was made to increase efficiency for retail stores who operate with the stockroom business model, whereby items are brought out from a stockroom after being ordered by the customer, instead of shelving items on display.
Immediately after an order is processed by the retail or sales assistant, the order will be sent directly to a secondary device in the stockroom, clearly displaying which items the stockroom staff must bring to the front of the store for the customer to collect.
The viewing mode displayed, by default, shows the receipt view. This can be changed by tapping on the Eye Icon, switching it to a list view.
Print Preview Buttons
The button on the left is used to print or send the list of orders, whereas the button on the right is used to print the details of a specific order.
Tapping one of these button will launch the print preview page. Use the icons at the bottom of this screen to either print, or send via email as a PDF file.
Tapping the timeline icon will cause a pop-up window to appear, detailing all activity regarding the selected order, including the time and date, registree and action.
Set search parameters to locate, or filter through, specific orders.
Tap the filter icons and select which information is readily shown under each of the columns.
Tap the sort icon to sort the orders in varying ways (e.g. Ascending or Descending).
Tapping this button will change the status of the order to Prepared, removing it from the list of unprepared items. This can be filtered for in the search parameters.
