Timesheet Overview
A timesheet is used for recording the number of hours each employee works. Using this page you can manage all staff shifts, give employees time off, and view total working hours.
Get to the page below via Home Page > Staff > Timesheet



Shifts
Use these buttons to Add, Remove, and Edit shifts.




Time Off
This feature enables users to give staff members time off. For a detailed guide, see here.




Note
Add notes to certain days or shifts. For a more detailed guide, see here.




Print Timesheet
Tap the printer icon, near the top right corner, to print the timesheet displayed on the screen.
Home Screen > Settings > Staff > Print Template Settings




Shift Search
This feature allows you to search for specific shifts on the timesheet.
You may refine your search via filtering (e.g. Shift type, staff names, visa status, etc...).




Date Selection and View
Choose to view the timesheet by day, week or month, and tap the arrows to look at upcoming or previous timesheets.




Staff Profile
Tap on a staff member’s photo to launch a small window which displays their details, including hours and total costs.






Total Staff, Hours and Costs
Displayed at the bottom of the page is the combined amount of staff, their accrued hours, and the total cost of paying those staff members.
