View Memos and Communications
This feature allows you to view all forms of communication shared between you and your staff members.
Here you can view the method of communication, what it was regarding and when the interaction took place.
Get to the page below via Home Page > Staff > Staff List
View a Memo
1 Begin by selecting, from the left-hand side, for which staff member you wish to create a memo.
2 Tap on ‘Memos’, located on the bottom right-hand side of the screen.
3 Tap on ‘New Memo’.
4 A new window will pop-up, showing all logged communication, including the title, date and method of contact.
Tap to select which memo you would like to view.
