View Memos and Communications

This feature allows you to view all forms of communication shared between you and your customers.

Here you can view the method of communication, what it was regarding and when the interaction took place.

View a Memo

1 Select from the left-hand side which customer you wish to see communications to and from.

2 Tap on ‘Memos’, located on the bottom right-hand side of the screen.

3 Tap on ‘View Memos and Communications’.

4 A new window will pop-up, showing all logged communication, including the title, date and method of contact.

Tap to select which memo you would like to view.

Tip
If a memo has been edited, the View Edits button will appear, enabling you to see which staff member edited the memo, the time and date it was edited, and the contents of the original memo.
